Thompson Greenspon Makes a Meaningful Impact Through Service and Giving

Thompson Greenspon employees recently stepped out of the office to make a meaningful impact in the community! Partnering once again with HomeAid National Capital Region, staff members dedicated two afternoons—on July 22 and September 27—to volunteering. Activities included gardening, cleaning, and organizing for L'Arche Greater Washington, DC, as well as supporting the Catholic Charities Alexandria Food Pantry. These experiences highlighted the rewards of service and the profound difference we can make when we come together to support our community.

Each day of service began with a group lunch at the office, followed by paid time off to volunteer. Remote employees also had the opportunity to support local organizations of their choice, further extending the firm's community impact. The afternoons were filled with camaraderie, hard work, and a shared sense of accomplishment, proving that even small actions can create significant change.

In the spirit of the holiday season, Thompson Greenspon also organized a towel donation drive to support Fairfax County's Older Adults Services Division. This initiative, part of their annual Holiday Project, provides essential items to those in need. On November 27, the firm delivered 25 towel sets!
