ICF’s D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) offices joined forces to hold our 29^th charity auction, raising $60,000+ with a theme highlighting the lighter side of our second year of remote work: No Place Like Home. This 100% volunteer-led event involves soliciting internal/external donations, compiling the catalog, and producing a virtual event.

As part of the activities leading up to the event, our local employees held a DMV competition to raise money for the Capital Area Food Bank.

The auction’s winning bidders donated to their favorite charities, and ICF matched their gifts 1 to 1. Employees chose a diverse set of causes, supporting 50+ organizations.

Overall giving: In calendar year 2021, ICF and our employees gave $1.1 million in cash gifts through our giving platform, and employees logged 3,400 volunteer hours. During the first 5 months of 2022, ICF and our employees donated $400,000 to important causes. Of that, we gave $85,000 to nonprofits supporting the people of Ukraine.
