On July 25th,  Thompson Greenspon employees took the afternoon to step outside the office for a worthy cause! Partnering with HomeAid National Capital Region, staff members spent the afternoon gardening, cleaning, and organizing for New Hope Housing and L'Arche Greater Washington, DC.  The firm kicked off our day of service with a group lunch at our office, followed by an afternoon of paid time off to give back to the community.  Simultaneously, remote employees extended our impact beyond the office with the opportunity to take the afternoon to support a local organization of their choice.

This day of collective action proved to be a rewarding experience for our volunteers and a wonderful reminder of the incredible power that lies in serving others and helping our community. The afternoon was marked by smiles, sweat, dirt on hands, and shared accomplishment, emphasizing that our collective actions, no matter how small, contributed to something greater.
