8,000 People Attended Capital One Center’s Perchfest Benefitting Best Buddies of Northern Virginia & DC and Wolf Trap Animal Rescue

Over 8,000 guests attended Capital One Center’s Perchfest Spring Edition: a two-day festival at The Perch to benefit Best Buddies of Northern Virginia & DC and Wolf Trap Animal Rescue. Community members enjoyed the opening of Perch Putt – an 18-hole miniature putt putt course 11 stories in the sky complete with retro-themed food trucks – alongside live music performances at Starr Hill Biergarten and a puppy party hosted by Wolf Trap Animal Rescue. Best Buddies Citizens hosted a meet-up to celebrate Capital One Center’s commitment to inclusive hiring through their jobs program. Best Buddies’ important mission of integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities was spotlighted during this festival.
