Inspired to begin conversations to “Tell me something good” the team at Helios HR launched an initiative to Do Something Good!  Their CEO, Kathy Albarado, believes that all impactful change happens in community, so they engaged their neighbors to be part of a story where they could share something good. 

The Helios team set a goal and invited their neighbors to fill grocery bags donated by Wegman's with food and needed essentials. They also asked if they could write messages of encouragement on those bags. Additionally to recognize those on the front lines working in the shelters and food banks, Helios partnered with Fueling the Fearless to have lunches donated and delivered by local restaurant, Cedar Knoll.  This project did more than feed people: it brought gratitude, hope, and encouragement to everyone involved. Even in the midst of such adversity, our neighbors in need are not forgotten.
